Library Camp
Welcome to Camp!
Library Camp is a two-semester experience to help current and recent MLIS students as they venture out into the wilderness. Library Camp helps prepare you for whatever might be lurking in the woods or whatever is waiting just over that hill.
For a $10* camp registration fee, Campers get access to:
A cohort that will meet virtually twice a month to discuss topics relating to libraries and librarianship and talk with library professionals from a range of fields.
A dedicated online community of student peers to share encouragement, support, and work toward shared goals.
Volunteer opportunities to write, present, and share your ideas- a perfect opportunity to start or grow your resume.
Workshops, webinars, and other professional development events that are actually interesting and practical.
1-year League of Awesome Librarians membership, a virtual professional network full of exclusive content, inspiration, and awesome librarians from around the world. A $175 value
Silliness! Joy! It’s called the League of Awesome Librarians for a reason.
*Work exchange and scholarships available
